Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:10+ years in software development, cloud / digital engineering, or similar roles.5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, ideally within a cloud-native or digital transformation setting.Cloud Platforms: Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including IaaS, PaaS, serverless, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).Software Development: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with frameworks and tools like Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET Core, or Angular/React.Microservices and APIs: Strong knowledge of micro-services architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration strategies.DevOps and CI/CD: Expertise with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and automated testing.Security Best Practices: Experience implementing security best practices, including data encryption, identity management, and application security.Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, with a strong understanding of agile principles and practices. Secondary skills
